Swim A Mile For Megan Fundraiser
In March 2018, Vicky Douglas and her friend will hopefully be completing a Swim A Mile For Megan fundraiser at the Leominster Swimming Baths in aid of Megan Jordan who lives with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and is in urgent need of a wheelchair.
Vicky and her friend are going to be swimming a mile which is equivalent of 64 laps of the Leominster Swimming Baths to help fundraise for Vicky’s daughter Megan and also to support Burning Nights CRPS Support. Megan and her family have been organising a series of fundraising events which began with Phillip’s Pub Collection on Boxing Day 26 December 2017 at the Bull & Lion pub in Leicester. There is also a Leominster Social Club Fundraiser event going on on the 10 February 2018 at the Leominster Social Club if you would like to go along and support Megan, her family and Burning Nights CRPS Support charity.
Burning Nights CRPS Support charity will receive 50% of the donations Megan receives and the other 50% will be for the purchase of Megan’s new wheelchair. If you live in or near Leominster, why not go along to either the Swim A Mile fundraiser and support Vicky and her friend or the Leominster Social Club fundraiser on 10th February 2018 and support Megan, her family and Burning Nights CRPS Support charity?!
GOOD LUCK TO BOTH VICKY & HER FRIEND!
