The Burning Nights CRPS Support 4th Annual National Burning Nights CRPS Support conference event is on Sunday 4 November 2018!

Due to the amazing successes of our last 3 Annual Burning Nights CRPS Support conference events in 2015, 2016 and 2017 our 4th annual national CRPS conference is being held this year on SUNDAY 4th NOVEMBER 2018 and is being held in the North East at the Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Our last year’s Burning Nights CRPS Support annual national CRPS conference was held at the Marriott Bexleyheath hotel in November 2017. This was our 3rd Annual National CRPS conference and this is what went on last year:

DETAILS

DATE: SUNDAY 4th NOVEMBER 2018

TIME: Starting at 9.30am and finishing around 4.30pm (You are free to come and go as you like)

COST: FREE for CRPS patients and their families*

*For professionals there is a nominal charge of £50 per person which will include lunch and refreshments

WHERE: Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel, High Gosforth Park, B1318, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 5HN (Telephone: 0191 236 4111)

LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS: Both lunch (sandwiches including vegetarian option, salad bar and fries) and refreshments are FREE (for CRPS patients and their families) for you during the day’s event. (For professionals the £50 charge will include lunch and refreshments)

THE HOTEL: The Marriott Gosforth Park is deemed a disabled friendly hotel. The conferencing area has a separate entrance to the hotel which has a ramp to get into the conference facilities. The suite where the conference is being held can be accessed either via a set of stairs or the ramp.

PARKING: There are 300 complimentary parking spaces available at the hotel

SPEAKERS

As of yet we haven’t got all of our speakers confirmed, however as soon as our speakers are confirmed we will let you know in due course.

CRPS CARERS & CRPS PATIENTS’ SPEAKERS

We’re looking for both CRPS carers and CRPS patients who would be interested in giving a short talk about their lives either living with CRPS or as someone who cares/loves for someone with CRPS. If you’d like to speak at our 4th Annual National Burning Nights CRPS Support Conference please get in touch with us and let us know.

HOW TO GET YOUR TICKETS:

We only have a limited number of 100 places for our very popular annual national CRPS conference, so get your tickets early to avoid any disappointment! If you decide after you’ve ordered your tickets that you no longer want to go please contact us as soon as possible because we will have many people on our cancellation list. RAFFLE 

As usual we will be holding a raffle on the day of the conference!

The raffle will take place and drawn on the day of the conference and will only be available to those attending our CRPS support conference.

If you are part of a company or you own a business and would consider kindly donating a prize to our raffle, please contact us! All the money raised on the day will go towards the charity.

As is usual there are very limited Blue Badge disabled parking spaces at the hotel. But there are 300 complimentary car parking spaces available at the hotel.
